Shoooweee! That's a title with a lot of names! But these families all knew each other! So I thought it would be only fitting for them to share the same space online 🙂
I had the privilege of meeting these families while doing short, 15 minutes or fewer sessions at Young Life Family Camp hosted by the Capital Region at Rockbridge Camp in Goshen. They were all so unique, beautiful, and joy-filled and such fun to photograph. I wish the time could have been a little longer! That to say, I'm so excited for you to "meet" these unique families and catch a glimpse of their personalities in their pictures. As you're hanging out here at thefreshwalk.com, take some time to "meet" a few other families and subscribe to continue to meet more, get some sweet deals, and get some helpful materials for your walk with the Lord!
To the families,
It was an honor to help you capture a memory of a time in your family's life where there was an intentional decision made to play and grow together in the Lord. Thank you for the opportunity to create something tangible for your family to look back on, no matter what the circumstance, to remember what you value as a unit in the body of Christ. It was so cool to meet people who genuinely care about the wellbeing of the family and took some time to just hang out! Thank you for such a great opportunity and for just being great company!
The Stranathan Family
This family was outgoing, goofy and fun. They brought along 4 kids, the youngest of which was 5 weeks old! Each of them was vibrant and full of life (even with a 5 week old to keep them up at night!). And it was so sweet to see the siblings caring about and wanting to get pictures with the newest member.
Thank you guys for allowing me to photograph you and to help you have something tangible to look back on no matter what circumstances lie ahead. And thanks for being such a unique, happy and lively family! It was so much fun to spend a few minutes with you guys.

The Mooney Family
Now, this was one happy and relaxed family. It was so much fun to photograph them! We had a little extra time to kill as we waited for the rest of their group to arrive, so we just hung out, took some photos and enjoyed the cool breeze on the porch. Their kiddos weren't "too cool for school" and were down with me snapping a few shots of them.
Thank you guys for letting me photograph you...and the rest of your clan later on! It was fun and literally a piece of cake to capture you guys enjoying each other and having a good time at Young Life Family Camp!
The Golembiesky Family
Time with this family was short...but sweet! The kids toughened up for one more set of pictures after the tedious (but fun) group shot that we had done just before their session. We snapped a few shots and called it a day. While I didn't really get a chance to know this family, it was still a good time!
Thank you guys for the opportunity to photograph your family and for not throwing in the towel after the big group session!
The Squires Family
This family was a hoot. Their kids worked together during the photos to keep each other focused (as much as they could!) and the parents were relaxed and kind. They goofed around, they laughed, and they were just there to have fun as a family.
Thank you guys for the opportunity to a part of your memory making!
